Fighting Climate Change at Home: Homegrown National Park

Best-selling author Dr. Doug Tallamy, professor of Entomology and Wildlife Ecology at the University of Delaware and author of Nature’s Best Hope and The Nature of Oaks, as well as founding member of Homegrown National Park, will present on what you can do to fight climate change, create climate resiliency, and create beauty in your own backyard. There will be a Q&A and a book signing after Dr. Tallamy’s talk. Bring your copies of Dr. Tallamy’s books for signing. This will be the first presentation of the 2024 Climate Crisis Teach-in.
