Our chapter’s first meeting was held on April 6, 2022 and we have an enthusiastic and growing group of native plant people who love to learn and get our hands dirty. Together, we are working to increase public awareness of the ecological importance of natives and to promote the use of natives in Monmouth County home and public landscapes.
You’ll find us doing garden tours, nature walks, educational presentations, naturalist hikes, and work days in partnership with our local parks or other non-profit organizations. Come join us!
We meet at different locations around Monmouth County, depending on the event. To receive email notifications of upcoming events, please send an email to
Our chapter leader is Kim Rowe and we have an active steering committee that plans and coordinates our events and outreach efforts. You can reach us at .
