Heart Centered Connections with Nature

Waterspirit is proud to partner with the Native Plant Society of NJ, Monmouth County Chapter as we invite you to join us for an evening of meditation and mindfulness practices guided by Rev. Elaine M. Egidio. Together we will center our minds and hearts as we deepen our connection to nature.
All are welcome. Register today. Please bring your yoga mat, towel, or blanket. We encourage you to bring a journal and pen. Dress for the weather. This program will have indoor and outdoor portions. Waterspirit also reminds you to bring your refillable water bottle.

Rev. Elaine M. Egidio, MCAT, LPC, BC-DMT, is a Board-Certified Dance Movement Therapist, NJ Mental Health Counselor, Shamanic Practitioner and Educator and the Director of Dancing Winds Therapy in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey. She is a Foundation for Shamanic Studies Faculty Instructor.
Elaine currently maintains a private practice Dancing Winds Therapy where she intertwines Dance Therapy and counseling.
