Winter Sowing Workshop

Join Hudson NPSNJ, Wild Ones NJ Gateway Chapter, and
Union City Community Garden for a
winter sowing event on Saturday February 7th!
Learn how to do winter sowing so that you have native perennials like rose milkweed (Asclepias incarnata) and wild bergamot (Monarda fistulosa) ready for spring.
We’ll provide soil, seeds, and other materials. Bring a milk jug (or other transparent plastic container, like a salad clamshell).
We’ll be at Union City Community Garden, 3700 Palisade Ave, Union City from 2 pm to 4 pm on February 7th.
