Union Chapter Bus Trip!

The Union County Chapter of the Native Plant Society is offering a bus trip for May 15th, 2027 with TWO spectacular gardens! Stoneleigh, a native-forward natural garden and Chanticleer, a pleasure garden. Both are in Pennsylvania just minutes from one another.
Tickets are $150.00 and can be purchased on the Native Plant Society website. There are a maximum of 40 tickets for this event. You do not need to be a member to purchase a ticket.
Due to guiding arrangements, we are limited to 40 participants total, and we are unable to accommodate self-drive participants in 2027. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No refunds are available once the ticket is purchased.
Included with your ticket: round-trip bus transportation to/from a designated pick-up site; bathroom facilities on the bus; entrance fees and guiding fees; boxed lunch; and driver tip. Please note, your lunch order will be taken several weeks before the trip, but not upon purchase of your ticket.

Chanticleer Garden is a botanical garden of 48 acres built on the grounds of the Rosengarten estate. Chanticleer is a pleasure garden recognized for world-class horticultural artistry. The preserved Chanticleer House honors the story of the Rosengarten family while contemporary plantings push horticultural boundaries. Stoneleigh, is a property of 42 acres, the typical tour lasts 1.5 hours. During your tour, you will see the core areas, which comprise the historic landscapes and main house, including the interior. The garden is very beautiful and contains open vistas, towering trees, native plant displays, and some exquisite historic hardscape elements. There are over a mile of porous-paved pathways, almost a mile of asphalt roads, and numerous bluestone pathways which are accessible to people of various abilities.
