Spring Peepers Walk with Paul Mandela

Celebrate the arrival of spring and join us for a leisurely walk at Dorbrook Park. We will be listening to the spring peepers and other evening sounds of early spring. Perhaps we will hear an owl, or the woodcocks as they perform their spring mating display. Our leader will be Paul Mandala, Monmouth County Park Naturalist and Trip Coordinator for the Monmouth County Audubon Society. Please wear sensible walking shoes and bring a headlamp or flashlight to see the ground after dark. Park at the soccer field side of Dorbrook Park, across from the building complex.

In lieu of an honorarium, Paul asks that donations go to Team Bobolink of the World Series of Birding. These donations will be directed to the Friends of Monmouth County Parks to help with wildlife projects.
