Slow and Seasonal: Recipes, Remedies, and Relationships with NJ Native Plants

Online webinar with community herbalist Jill Wodnick
A 90-minute workshop on native medicinal plants, seasonal preparations, and the relationships that connect people, plants, and place.

Jill will share practical recipes and plant stories, including violet flower body oil, yarrow mouthwash, and elderberry tonic. Registered participants will receive recipes, slides, and handouts after the workshop.
About Jill Wodnick
Jill Wodnick is a community herbalist in the wise woman tradition whose work bridges native plants, safe home herbal practices, maternity care, and care for the earth. She completed the Rutgers Environmental Stewards Program and is a member of the Native Plant Society of New Jersey and United Plant Savers.

Pay what you want: Violet – Access rate $15; Bergamot – Standard rate $25; Elderberry – Supporter rate $50.
Every rate includes the same workshop access and materials.
Jill is donating her time, and 100% of proceeds benefit the Native Plant Society of New Jersey.

A note about harvesting
NPSNJ and Jill strongly discourage foraging. Please use only plants you have permission to harvest, such as plants grown in your own garden, patio, balcony, or community garden, or ingredients purchased from a grower or market.
