Seed Collection Workshop

November 12 @ 9:30 am – 11:00 am

Sustainable Haus and the Native Plant Society of Union County (NPS-UC) are hosting a workshop, on how to harvest, store and label native seeds.  You’ll get an opportunity to see Sustainable Haus’s native seed garden and practice separating seeds from seed heads and pods.  Participants will leave with a sample of seeds.

Learn the benefits of native plants and how to decide what is best for your garden.

This workshop will be given by Bianca Wright, Owner, Habitats & Gardens and Lois Kraus, Rutgers Master Gardener.
