Native Plants in Containers: No Garden is Too Small to Help Wildlife
October 6 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Lots of nature fans would love to help pollinators, but have only a patio, porch, or small outside area. Lisa Parent, a native plant gardener and Master Gardener, has experimented for years with benefiting wildlife using containers of native plants. Learn techniques for keeping the plants alive all year and for grouping for specific moisture and light conditions. Design containers for attracting hummingbirds or butterflies, or for specific bloom times. Lisa will share examples of planters that have worked well for her.
