Her journey into the outdoors began at the age of four, camping in the wilds of New Jersey. As a lifelong resident of Raritan Township, she spent her childhood hiking along the South Branch River and enjoying the pond at Echo Hill.
In 2018, she joined the Hunterdon County Parks Division as a full-time Park Naturalist, after serving as a Seasonal Park Naturalist in 2017. With a background as a teacher and a Master Ecologist, she finds great joy in educating others and sharing her knowledge of the environment.
