Guided tour of the Celery Farm, Allendale, NJ

Join us for a private guided tour of the Celery Farm, a beautiful freshwater wetland sanctuary in Allendale. This is an easy to moderate hike. Find out more about the sanctuary at https://fykenature.org/celeryfarm.php
Advance registration is required: email bergenpassaic@npsnj.org. Numbers are limited; please indicate how many people will be coming in your car. We will email the exact location the evening before the hike.
Important Information:
Parking: Availability is limited, restricting the number of participants.
Facilities: There are no restrooms or Port-o-Potties at the Celery Farm. The nearest restroom is at Dunkin on West Allendale Ave. Take Franklin Turnpike south to Allendale Ave. and make a right. Dunkin is on the left.
Trail Description: The walk covers approximately 1 mile of mostly flat terrain. The trails have roots and rocks in many places and may be muddy at times.
Footwear: We suggest wearing sturdy shoes.
Accessibility: Please note that the trail conditions do not accommodate wheelchairs or strollers.
