Fall Chapter Meeting and Plant Swap
October 26 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Celebrate fall with fellow Jersey Shore chapter members and meet our new chapter co-leader, Lisa Mazzuca. Enjoy refreshments, swap some native plants and seeds with others, and join us on a walk around the native demonstration gardens at Jakes Branch County Park.
Meet us at 1:00 pm on Sunday, October 26th in the classroom inside the Jakes Branch Nature Center, 1100 Double Trouble Rd, Beachwood, NJ 08722. The event will end around 3:00 pm.
For the plant and seed swap, please bring only native species that you can identify by scientific name (e.g., Asclepsias incarnata – swamp milkweed). It’s helpful to label what you bring to the swap.
